Work Environment: As a Physical Therapist at Aligncare, you will work onsite within our modern rehabilitation facility. The typical work schedule runs from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring a work-life balance while meeting the demands of our growing patient population.

Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized, hands-on care to patients, tailoring your approach to meet their unique rehabilitation goals and needs. Effectively manage a patient load that allows you to dedicate sufficient time and resources for comprehensive care. Leverage your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to deliver high-quality treatment based on individual assessments and clinical guidelines. Implement cost-effective therapy techniques to enhance patient mobility while minimizing reliance on medications. Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment methodologies, including targeted manual therapy and exercise regimens. Create specialized fitness and wellness programs that align with individual patient needs and encourage proactive health management. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Document all patient interactions and treatment plans using EMR software, ensuring accurate and detailed records for ongoing patient care. Foster a motivational environment for patients throughout their treatment journey, advocating for lifestyle changes that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes. Patient Population / Client FocusOur clinic primarily serves an outpatient demographic, focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. As a Physical Therapist, your role will involve working closely with patients ranging from young athletes to older adults, each presenting unique challenges and goals. Your ability to build rapport and understand their specific circumstances will be crucial in helping them achieve successful rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications: A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, free from sanctions or disciplinary actions. Proficiency in a variety of manual therapy modalities, coupled with a strong background in developing effective exercise programs. Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically Web PT, for accurate documentation and patient management. A commitment to staying current with contemporary physical therapy practices, continuously seeking knowledge through research and training.

Preferred Experience: Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, with a proven track record of successfully managing diverse patient cases. Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing evidence-based techniques to ensure high-quality patient care. Familiarity with sports medicine and injury prevention strategies would be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits: Our Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
