Patient Financial Services - Director of Hospital Billing

Patient Accounting Receivables Manager This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the patient accounting receivables for the hospital system. Actively identify trends and fluctuations for both the system as a whole and the individual campuses utilizing key indicators; A/R days, aging etc. to ensure the hospital remains financially viable. Work in close collaboration with other departments of the hospital to implement required changes to meet governmental or contractual payer changes. Continually monitor department and system processes for improvement opportunity.
