We are seeking a Director of Email Marketing to lead email and CRM strategy for a food & beverage organization. This role will own customer engagement across email and SMS, with a focus on driving retention, engagement, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Lead email and CRM strategy across the customer lifecycle.
- Drive segmentation, personalization, automation, testing, and optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and revenue.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience within CPG, food & beverage, or potentially retail, e-commerce
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, automation, and campaign analytics.
