GenAI Data Scientist: Unstructured Data & AI Solutions

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Data Scientist for the US Card (Applied GenAI). You will work with a Servicing Intelligence team delivering data science solutions across text, image, and audio data, applying open-source LLMs and VLMs to real-world financial workflows. You’ll build and deploy ML/NLP models, contribute to AI observability, and collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners to scale AI across millions of customer interactions and documents.
