Client Success Manager (Fully Remote)

Role Overview: As a Client Success Manager, you will create an unparalleled client experience by providing strategic partnership and tailored solutions for your book of accounts. You will drive revenue growth from existing accounts by building strong relationships and identifying ways to help clients achieve their goals via Array’s suite of products.

What You'll Do: Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, focusing on understanding their business objectives and challenges. Take ownership of your clients throughout all phases of their relationship, including deployment, launch, ongoing optimization, and ultimately expansion and renewal. Proactively problem solve for your clients by resolving or anticipating issues, and identify, pursue, and lead complex growth opportunities.
