Marketing Automation Analyst

Responsibilities: Be the Architect: Configure and launch automated, omnichannel campaigns using CMI Media Group's proprietary marketing orchestration platform. Nail the Details: Develop and maintain detailed Business Rules Documents (BRDs) that outline campaign design, data sources, and program logic. Master the Data Flow: Demonstrate a strong understanding of data integrations and apply next-best-action business rules to create seamless customer experiences. Collaborate & Conquer: Partner with internal teams, clients, and creative agencies to gather requirements, manage assets, and ensure campaign alignment. Analyze & Optimize: QA live programs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness. What You\'ll Bring 1-2 years of experience working with marketing automation, marketing data management, CRM, or similar Mar Tech platforms. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. You thrive in a team environment and can effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences. Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for precision in documentation and data management. Strong organizational and project management skills to keep multiple campaigns running smoothly. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

Bonus Points: Experience in pharma marketing or at a media agency. Experience with DOMO or similar business intelligence platforms. Expertise with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or Hubspot.
