Missions The Métropole d'Aix-Marseille-Provence leads innovative public policies to serve its inhabitants. Its actions cover key sectors such as sustainable mobility, ecological transition, urban planning, social solidarity, protection of the most vulnerable, and economic, cultural, and digital development. Within the Directorate of Cultural Development, and more specifically in the Cultural Action and Proximity Division, you will implement the division's objectives such as the fight against illiteracy, media and information education, cultural development, and the organization of literary events. You will also manage the team. Activities: Initiate, organize, and evaluate prevention and fight against illiteracy and cultural development programs: - Establish a diagnosis of populations, mobilize social, educational, cultural, and medical partnerships of the entire territory. - Co-construct actions towards specific audiences with partners and metropolitan cultural actors - Develop partnerships and facilitate the cross-cutting approach of the theme - Conduct a watch on innovative cultural mediation techniques. - Design an itinerant device to sensitize audiences to the issues of media and information Design, organize, and evaluate literary events in partnership with the National Education: conduct pilot committees, select authors, organize the reception of authors, intervention program, logistics...Manage a team of 6 agents. Participate in defining the major axes to be developed within the division: participation in the division's instances, analysis of the statistical activity of cultural action Working modalities: Overtime according to needs (meetings, cultural actions, literary events, author support)...Travels are to be expected within the metropolitan territory Profile SoughtYou have in-depth knowledge of the educational, social, cultural, institutional, and associative environment of the territory. You know the challenges of cultural action. You master innovative cultural mediation techniques, the principles of artistic and cultural education. You have a good knowledge of literature and especially children's literature. You master project management, know how to work transversally. You know how to manage including remotely. You are comfortable with computer tools and communication tools. You are recognized for your organizational skills, your ability to adapt. You have relational skills, a good aptitude for communication. You can take initiatives but also report. You can show autonomy while having a good team spirit. A BAC+5 in the field of book professions, cultural development is desirable. You have significant experience in managing cultural projects. A driver's license is mandatory.
