Full-TimePay Rate - $35-$50/ Hour Build Your Career With a Growing Colorado Trades Company We are looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our growing plumbing operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants: Primarily commercial/new-construction work - approximately 70% of our current plumbing business The opportunity to lead crews and mentor apprentices Career growth as our plumbing operation expands A company that values quality workmanship, strong communication, accountability, and its people The resources and systems of a growing organization while still having the opportunity to make a real impact
What You'll Do:
- Perform commercial and new-construction plumbing installations
- Complete underground, rough-in, top-out, trim, and finish plumbing
- Read and work from blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and other trades
- Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving
- Help lead crews and mentor apprentices
- Maintain high standards for quality, productivity, safety, and code compliance
What We're Looking For:
- Journeyman-level plumbing experience
- Strong commercial and new-construction background
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Solid knowledge of plumbing systems and applicable codes
- Strong field troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to meet applicable Colorado licensing requirementsA Plus:
- Crew Lead or field leadership experience
- Boiler/hydronic knowledge
- Tenant improvement experience
- Experience mentoring apprentices
