What You'll Be Doing: Every day you'll be engaging with customers in busy retail environments, creating a welcoming atmosphere and helping shoppers find the products and services that best suit their needs.

Your responsibilities will include: Representing one of the nation's leading wireless brands with professionalism and enthusiasm. Greeting customers and initiating friendly, natural conversations about their mobile needs. Demonstrating smartphones, devices, accessories, and wireless services with confidence. Explaining plans, promotions, trade-in offers, and product features in clear, easy-to-understand language. Processing new activations, upgrades, account changes, and purchases using tablet-based sales systems. Recommending accessories, protection plans, and bundled services where they genuinely add value. Maintaining an organised, visually appealing retail display that reflects the brand's high standards. Working towards individual and team sales targets while always delivering an excellent customer experience. Participating in ongoing product training, coaching sessions, and team meetings to stay up to date with the latest products and promotions.

What We're Looking For: We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with people and are motivated by delivering great service and achieving results. You'll likely have: Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience in a target-driven environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence discussing products and recommending solutions without using high-pressure sales techniques. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers. The ability to work weekends and during peak retail trading periods. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
