Title: Technical Training Senior Analyst
Location: Scottsdale, AZ - Remtoe
Duration: 6+ Months
Skills: Required:
Epic Credentialed Trainer certification in Ambulatory and/or Patient Access. Experience delivering Epic training in a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Experience with virtual training platforms and instructional design tools.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and e-learning development.
Prior involvement in Epic upgrade cycles or system enhancement projects.
Education:
Candidates must have Epic Credentialed Trainer CertificationEPIC Credentialed Trainer Certification in Ambulatory and/or Patient Access is preferred. Bachelor's degree required.
