Billing Specialist | In-Person

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate billing and timely reimbursement for healthcare services provided by our practice. This is an in-person position | Monday–Friday Key responsibilities include: Preparing and submitting accurate claims to insurance companies, government payers and patients Reviewing patient accounts and verifying insurance coverages Resolving claim denials, rejections and payment discrepancies Posting payments and adjustments to patient accounts Maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations including HIPAA Communication with patients regarding billing inquiries and providing excellent customer service Collaboration with other team members to ensure efficient workflow We offer paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, along with an unparalleled retirement plan.
