To support a growing global server fleet, the full-time Hardware Operations Engineer will troubleshoot hardware issues, automate processes using Python, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware issues in a live production data center
Write scripts in Python to automate repetitive fixes and run diagnostics
Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain hardware operations and stock spares
Required qualifications:
7+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting server, storage, or network hardware in a large-scale data center
Working knowledge of Linux and proficiency in writing Python scripts
Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to various audiences
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Collaborative mindset with a team-first attitude
