Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities:
- Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday to Friday/ 9AM to 5PMTHIS IS NOT A SUMMER JOBTHIS IS AN IN PERSON JOB. NO REMOTE OR HYBRID OPTIONSPart Time position with potential for Full Time
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

Requirements:
- Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain within 90 days of employment)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Ability to multi-task

Bilingual - Spanish preferred
