Cooley LLP's Intellectual Property Litigation practice welcomes 3L law students (JD 2027) to join our entry level class. The position is based in Washington, DC, with opportunities across Palo Alto and San Diego as part of a nationally renowned IP litigation team. The group handles patent infringement, trademark disputes, copyright law, and trade secret litigation and seeks candidates with a strong science or engineering background and a passion for patent law.
