Technical Architect Must have technical/functional skills: Hands-on experience building/deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI workflows. Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) and cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock).Experience with prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).Advanced programming proficiency in Python and Java or C#.Deep expertise in web/mobile automation tools like Playwright and Selenium. Solid understanding of Git, Docker/Containers, and CI/CD pipeline integrations. Capability to build or integrate dedicated AI agents for Test Planning & Requirement Analysis, Test Script Generation, Test Execution & Self-Healing, and Reporting & Analytics.
Roles & responsibilities:
Design and maintain scalable, modular, and extensible test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, API ecosystems).Oversee all testing phases including unit, integration, regression, performance, and UAT.Embed automated test pipelines into enterprise CI/CD workflows (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab).Drive continuous optimization to compress test cycle times through intelligent parallel agent dispatch. Define coding standards, test coverage metrics, risk-based testing frameworks, and governance policies. Coach and upskill global quality engineering teams on modern automation principles and AI-assisted testing tools. Architect and implement collaborative AI agent networks using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Model Context Protocols tailored for QA workflows.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 a year
