Senior Claims Representative

As a Senior Bodily Injury Claims Representative, you'll take the lead on high-exposure bodily injury claims, guiding investigations, evaluating coverage and liability, and negotiating fair resolutions for all parties involved. You'll have the autonomy to manage challenging files while also serving as a trusted resource and mentor to teammates. Responsibilities include handling complex bodily injury claims, evaluating coverage and damages, negotiating settlements, managing litigated files, maintaining reserves, and presenting select claims to committee. What You'll Bring to the Role Experience handling complex bodily injury claims Strong investigation, coverage analysis, and liability assessment skills Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience working with attorneys and litigated claims AIC, AINS, CPCU coursework, or other insurance education is a plus

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
