Ground Logistics Associate (Part-Time)

Responsibilities: Take inbound and make outbound phone calls to manage customer service for BLADE's helicopter, seaplane, and private jet fliers. Communicate between BLADE and its operations team as well as passengers. Track fliers incoming commercial flights and coordinate pick up with BLADE drivers. Ensure a continued strong relationship with the FBO's by communicating and ensuring we are upholding their rules. Receive SIDA training and badging for Port Authority. Meet & Greet representative for incoming VIP's. Duties may also involve cross-functional work assisting in marketing, supporting business development, assisting with flight organization, interviewing customers on their flight experience, assessing new application ideas, researching competitor offerings, and aggregating data on potential markets. Required 1+ years of experience in a customer facing position (e.g. sales, customer service, etc.)Possess excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to work well under pressure. The ability to travel to and from regional airports. Excellent time management skills. The ability to stand for extended periods of time, kneel, lift 50 lbs, and work outdoors. Desired Interest in travel and aviation is a plus. EEOCompensation for this role is $20-25/hr. Individual pay is determined by internship role, department, experience, job-related skills, and level of education.
