Welder

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our production team. The ideal candidate has strong TIG welding experience with stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum, and proficiency using grinders and finishing tools. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to producing high quality, consistent welds. This role requires strong TIG welding skills and the ability to produce quality welds independently from day one.

Key Responsibilities: Perform TIG welding using gas tungsten arc equipmentWeld aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel componentsFabricate, install, and repair metal parts and assembliesUse grinding and finishing tools to clean and prepare weldsRead and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and technical schematicsMaintain quality, safety, and productivity standards Requirements 3+ years of hands on TIG welding experience (light to heavy gauge material) Ability to produce quality welds independently from day one (no trainees) Experience welding aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steelStrong blueprint and schematic reading skillsDetail oriented, dependable, and adaptable team player Pay & Benefits $28-$32/hour, based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) and Roth retirement optionsCompany paid life insurance, short term and long term disability coverage
