Experience: 2+ years of ER nursing experience

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER setting
  • Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans using the nursing process
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and promptly
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document clinical information clearly and thoroughly in electronic health records
  • Educate patients and families on care, procedures, and health management
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards
  • What You Need
  • Current Louisiana RN licenseBLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the role, including lifting and moving patients
