Position Summary: The Sales & Marketing Coordinator serves as the primary coordination and execution resource between Sales and Marketing teams. This role is responsible for translating strategy into action by managing projects, supporting sales initiatives, coordinating marketing programs, tracking performance, and ensuring seamless communication across both functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and urgency. Sales & Marketing Project Coordination

• Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Track project status and ensure follow-through from concept to completion.
• Maintain promotional calendars, campaign schedules, and launch timelines.
• Coordinate communication between sales and marketing teams. Sales Support
• Develop and coordinate customer sales presentations and sales decks.
• Attend sales meetings and document action items and follow-up activities.
• Participate in customer meetings alongside sales leadership when appropriate.
• Support sales training initiatives and rollout of new programs.
• Run sales reports and assist leadership in analyzing business performance. Marketing Support
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, activations, and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate vendors, freelancers, and creative resources.
• Assist with content planning, promotional materials, and asset management.
• Support customer communications and marketing programs. Events & Community Engagement
• Assist with planning and execution of community events, sponsorships, and activations.
• Support employee engagement events and recognition programs.
• Manage donation and sponsorship tracking processes. Reporting & Analytics
• Generate sales and marketing reports.
• Monitor promotional performance and identify trends.
• Track KPIs and support leadership reporting needs.
• Work with sales leadership and warehouse teams regarding slower-moving products.
