Lateral Judicial Clerk Associate

Overview: Position is intended for candidates who have graduated from law school, are currently clerking for a judge, and have prior law firm experience as a licensed attorney. Faegre Drinker actively seeks lawyers with judicial clerkship experience from both federal and state courts, recognizing the valuable real-world experience former clerks bring to the practice. Over 200 of the firm's current attorneys have served as judicial clerks, including for the United States Supreme Court, United States Courts of Appeal, United States District Courts, and state Supreme Courts. The firm offers a competitive bonus for judicial clerks and provides development year credit for clerkship experience. Associate needs for lateral clerks are evaluated on a rolling basis, and the firm will contact candidates directly if practice group needs align with their experience and interest.
