We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager & Estimator to lead heavy civil and municipal infrastructure projects out of Gillette, WY. Software & Technology: Proficiency with industry programs such as HCSS, Bluebeam Revu, MS Project, and standard office software across desktop and mobile platforms. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, physical ability to navigate active job sites in varying weather conditions, and flexibility for local travel and occasional overnight stays. This is a high-visibility position within an industry leader, combining the close-knit culture of a local operation with the competitive backing of a global parent organization. The firm offers a strong compensation package featuring a base salary of $130,000 – $160,000, annual bonus potential, and an assigned company vehicle. Comprehensive benefits include top-tier health, dental, and vision insurance options, a 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, flexible spending accounts, generous PTO, paid holidays, and continuous professional development opportunities.
