Desktop System Engineer (High Frequency Trading)

This role is hands-on, working with a wide range of hardware and software in a constantly evolving environment. Responsibilities: Provide onsite desktop support for corporate office and trading floor users. Set up, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Manage user accounts, device provisioning, VPN access, and permissions. Support conference room technology and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom).Perform hardware installations (monitors, cards, etc.) and troubleshoot issues. Automate recurring support tasks and contribute to process improvements. Evaluate new tools and technologies for internal use.
