What You'll Do:
Assist Casino Audit teams with OASIS software modules and troubleshooting audit report issues.
Read and interpret T-SQL queries relevant to OASIS Auditing software.
Coordinate resources across various groups to resolve OASIS issues effectively.
Adapt to changing circumstances and strategies, providing valuable contributions.
Apply Salesforce to log problems and track resolution activities.
Ensure timely completion of customer requests by verifying daily outstanding issues.
Advance problems according to established procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and customer communication records.
Achieve OASIS Master Certification within 180 days of hire or transfer.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of experience in an audit-related field.
Strong understanding of casino slot auditing principles and processes.
Proven customer service orientation and ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
Preferred experience with T-SQL and database concepts.
Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities.
Clear and effective communication skills, both spoken and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
An Associate degree or equivalent experience combined with education is preferred.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).Preferred experience in casino operations.
This role requires registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and may require registration in other gaming jurisdictions where Aristocrat operates.
The position involves working in an office environment, maneuvering around the workspace, and operating a computer and other office equipment.
You'll need to be self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
