About the role

Job Description Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a Fence Foreman to lead and manage fence installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, welding, and team management. This role requires hands-on experience with tools and equipment as well as the ability to oversee and coordinate a small crew of 1-2 helpers to ensure efficient project completion.
Responsibilities: Lead and oversee fence installation and repair projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. Perform welding tasks, including tacking and securing latches, to construct durable and secure fences. Utilize a variety of construction tools and equipment to complete installations safely and efficiently. Manage, train, and direct a small crew (1-2 helpers), ensuring productivity and safety on job sites. Interpret and follow blueprints, job specifications, and work orders. Maintain and enforce safety protocols and proper tool handling. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors to ensure project expectations are met. Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues that arise during installations. Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project progress.
Requirements: Fence installation, construction, and welding. Strong knowledge of tools.
Welding: Leadership and management skills to oversee a small team. Forward-thinking and problem-solving abilities to optimize project efficiency. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job site plans. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50lbs and work in various outdoor weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: 7:30-4:30 Monday- Friday
