Registered Dietitian Join our team at Excelcare at Troy Hills a renowned provider of rehabilitation and healing services. We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitianto join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. As a Registered Dietitian with Excelcare at Troy Hills you will work closely with residents, nursing staff, and healthcare providers to develop and oversee personalized nutrition plans that support resident health, wellness, and quality of life. The ideal candidate is passionate about geriatric care, understands dietary regulations within long-term care, and is committed to providing excellent nutritional support to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate nutritional care of residents and patients by completing nutritional assessments
- Participate in care planning meetings as required
- Provide nutritional counseling and education for residents and family
- Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards
- Perform duties independently without training or direction

Requirements:
- High comfort level with enteral nutrition
- At least one year of experience in a long-term care setting
- Experience with MDS 3.0Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations
- Must be able to work on site
