About the role

ARRIVE Palm Springs Room Attendant Palisociety is a society of unique hotels and residences Palihouse, Palihotel, Le Petit Pali, ARRIVE by Palisociety, and a growing collection of independently branded properties. Since our first hotel opened in Los Angeles in 2009, we've grown into a nationwide portfolio of neighborhood-centric hotels, restaurants, bars, and event spaces, earning recognition from Cond Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, the New York Times, and more. We consider our employees our greatest asset: structured training from day one, consistent feedback, and a clear path for growth. We develop our leaders from within, because the strongest hospitality companies are the ones that grow their own. Located in the Uptown Design District, ARRIVE Palm Springs is a striking design and architectural landmark, honoring the city's rich modernist legacy. Our 32-room boutique hotel features bright, residential-style guest rooms, a 42-foot-long pool and hot tub, firepits, bocce ball, ping pong tables, and a poolside restaurant and bar serving refreshing cocktails and California-centric classics. We're looking for a qualified Room Attendant ready to clean, sanitize, and tidy guest rooms to maintain pristine accommodations for our guests. The Task At Hand: Maintain pristine, sanitary, and perfectly tidy hotel spaces, from guest rooms to common areas and staff offices, following cleansing guidelines and standard procedures. Clean guest rooms as instructed by supervisors based on priority and guest check-ins, including closets, door tracks, and under beds and furniture for debris. Inspect and replace bathrobes, linens, and amenities as needed, ensuring correct hanger counts and extra blankets and pillows. Realign or adjust furniture to match floor plan and designated placement, and maintain menus, postcards, and other in-room collateral. Inspect furniture for tears, rips, or stains, reporting any damage to the supervisor immediately. Remove dust and debris from upholstered furniture and electronics (TV, clock radios, remotes, cable box), testing electronics and setting the correct time and channels. Clean lamps, light switches, windows, ledges, frames, and telephones, removing dust, spots, grease, and smears. Empty and clean the ice bucket and mini bar, ensuring the mini bar is plugged in and securely locked.

What's In It For You: Competitive compensation package with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k).Paid time off, holiday pay, and sick pay. Career advancement and professional development as we open new hotels and restaurants nationwide. Employee discounts across our entire portfolio (25 hotels and more to come!).
