Certified Medical Assistant Wellness & Care Coordination

Endeavour Health in Warrenville, IL seeks a Certified Medical Assistant to support ambulatory care teams. You will provide wellness coaching, assist with care plans, document in EMR, and collaborate with RN Care Managers. The role requires 2 years in outpatient care, Epic EMR experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and CMA certification. Hours are Mon–Fri, 8:00a–4:30p, full-time.
