Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews Lead team in providing exceptional customer service Create and maintain a food and beverage budget Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events Qualifications: High school diploma/GEDPrevious restaurant management experience Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure Excellent management and leadership skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills
