Junior Marketing Designer (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities: Design high-visibility campaigns focusing on Middle Grade, Picture, and Board books, including printed and digital marketing materials. Develop fresh concepts in collaboration with campaign teams while ensuring visual consistency across various touchpoints. Assist in managing and delegating campaign design work to freelance talent, and prepare files for final printed or digital release.

Qualifications: Minimum of 1–3 years of design experience with a keen interest in highly illustrated properties and products. A portfolio that highlights strong understanding of typography and creation of effective layouts; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information: This position is open to remote candidates based in the United States who can work on Eastern Time. The salary for this position is $60,000, with eligibility for annual profit award or bonus.
