E - Commerce Associate

Job Summary: Hiland's Cigars is seeking a motivated and dependable E-Commerce Associate to support our online retail operations. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers over the phone, and performing basic administrative and computer-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer service calls and assist customers with orders, product questions, and general inquiries. Provide professional and courteous support over the phone and through email. Process and update customer information as needed. Assist with order management and basic e-commerce operations. Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and company systems. Monitor and respond to customer concerns in a timely manner. Work with team members to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience. Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Basic knowledge of computers and common computer processes. Ability to use spreadsheets and data sheets (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude. Previous customer service or e-commerce experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer proficiency, including email, internet navigation, and data entry. Ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
