As a Frontend Vue.js developer, you will assist with the integration of a custom application with other client based systems.Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.ResponsibilitiesWork cross-functionally in an Agile environmentBuild/update custom web application within microservices architectureWork on front-end and ideally be able to support back-end codeUtilize understanding of accessibility standardsWork in a highly collaborative environmentJuggle multiple tasks at onceWork independently and collaboratively as neededUtilize superior interpersonal skills and strong communication skillsWork directly with the Project Manager to support emerging client needs5+ years of custom web application development experience3+ years of VueJS 3+ experience5+ years of experience with full-stack development, including understanding UI frameworks and back-end architecture interactionsBachelor's Degree (or 2 additional years of experience)JavaScript/CSS experienceStrong experience developing/consuming FastAPIs and/or RESTful web servicesSolid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban Agile development methodologiesExcellent issue resolution skills within open-source productsContinuous integration (CI) experienceUnderstanding mobile-friendliness of websitesFamiliarity with Section 508 standardsStrong analytical, collaboration, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or related fieldExperience with the federal governmentExperience with Vite, Quasar, or Pinia (Highly preferred)Proficiency with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence)Experience working in Scrum or SAFe environments with 2 to 3 week sprint cyclesExperience with Python back-end codingTravel RequirementsThis is a remote position; however, occasional travel may be required based on project needs, client meetings, team collaboration events, or training sessions.
