Production/Repair Operator LR05

Key Responsibilities: Read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings, technical specifications, schematics, and work instructions. Fabricate, inspect, and test cable & harness assemblies, including complex production issues and perform preventative maintenance and calibration checks. Mentor junior assemblers and support continuous improvement activities. Operate and maintain various mechanical tools and equipment.

Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required; technical coursework preferred. Ability to pass or maintain IPC-A-620A of 4 years of related experience in cable/harness or electromechanical assembly.2 years of SAP experience.3 years of inventory control or shipping & receiving experience. Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a forklift (certification required).Preferences Proficiency in reading/interpreting engineering drawings and technical of IPC workmanship standards. Intermediate proficiency with crimping, soldering, coax tooling, and measurement tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
