Momentum ERP Functional Analyst

Responsibilities: Configures Momentum modules to support compliant federal financial workflows. Analyzes and documents business and functional capabilities to align ERP solutions with client requirements. Supports implementation, enhancements, and upgrades of Momentum applications. Serves as functional support for assigned Momentum modules. Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and refine ERP strategy and roadmap. Supports functional role design aligned to business responsibilities. Supports periodic access reviews in coordination with business owners. Develops and executes functional test cases aligned to business scenarios. Supports integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).Validates end-to-end business workflows across Momentum modules. Identifies functional gaps, configuration issues, and process defects. Embeds functional requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Reviews functional designs and configuration changes. Partners with technical developers to clarify requirements and resolve defects. Creates and maintains functional design documents and configuration documentation. Supports business users with training materials and process guidance. Participates in status reporting, issue tracking, and release planning. Required Skills and QualificationsTS/SCI security clearance.2+ years of experience supporting Momentum ERP.Experience supporting federal financial systems and understanding of standard federal financial interfaces. Working knowledge of Momentum modules/processes such as General Ledger, Budget Execution, Purchasing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Automated Disbursements. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Must be willing to obtain a CI polygraph if required.
