The school has prepared over 12,000 graduates to lead fulfilling and productive lives and is expanding to serve more students./nMHS is hiring Residential Living Assistants (ALSO KNOWN AS FLEX TRANSITIONAL LIVING ASSISTANTS - FTLAs) to live in campus residences to supervise and mentor high school seniors, preparing them for independent living after graduation. FTLAs play a vital role - teaching and role-modeling life skills including self-responsibility, goal setting, time management, personal finance, healthy relationships and more. They also create and supervise developmental and recreational activities, accompany students to Sunday chapel services, collaborate with staff to continually enhance the program, and provide coverage in student homes as needed./nSchedule & Compensation/n/n
- /nYear-round position with a schedule of 9 consecutive workdays followed by 3 days off/n
- /nMinimum annual salary of $49,080/n

- /nBachelors degree required/n
- /nValid drivers license in good standing; ability to become certified to drive a 9-passenger van/n
- /nExperience mentoring, teaching, or coaching youth/n
- /nExceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to proactively problem-solve, influence, and collaborate/n
- /nStrong organizational skills, while also maintaining a high degree of flexibility/n
- /nProficient with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and social media platforms/n
- /nMust demonstrate integrity and professionalismMHS staff serve as role models for students/n/nAdditional Requirements for Live-In Role:/n/n
