PCBA Assembler | San Jose, CA | $20.00–$23.10 Ready to put your electronics assembly experience to work? Adecco is hiring PCBA Assemblers in San Jose, CA for immediate openings with a leading local manufacturer. If you have hands-on experience working with printed circuit board assemblies and enjoy detailed, precision-focused work, we want to hear from you!
Pay: $20.00–$23.10/hr, weekly pay
Location: San Jose, CA
Shifts: 7am or 3:30pm shifts available,

What You'll Do:
  • Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBAs), components, and electronic assemblies according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications
  • Perform detailed assembly using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
  • Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship
  • Follow established manufacturing procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate, consistent production while meeting daily expectations
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 6 months of PCBA or electronics assembly experience
  • Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and assembly procedures
  • Ability to perform repetitive, precision-based assembly work throughout the shift
