Overview:
  • Sentara Home Care is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide.
  • Position Status: Flexible Hours

Overview: Home Health Aides will perform basic and routine patient care, such as personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and feeding, intake/output, ambulation, and assisting patients with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the home. Certification/Licensure CNA or unexpired nurse aide certification from accredited program. One of these is required. BLS (Required within 90 days) Experience Basic and routine patient care Personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and feeding Intake/output AmbulationAssisting patients with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the homekeywords: cna, certified nursing assistant, home health, home care, woodbridge, flexi, as needed, talroo-nursing, dumfries We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $20.10 - $29.63 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
