Real Estate Transactions Paralegal Commercial & Residential

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP seeks a Real Estate Paralegal for our Coral Gables office. You will support commercial and residential transactions, prepare closing checklists, draft and review documents, and coordinate closings in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of real estate paralegal experience, a paralegal certificate or degree, and strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills to interact with lenders, title companies, clients, and counsel.
