Job Description:
Job Description Same Day Drains LLC is looking for a dependable and experienced Commercial Plumber to join our team. We work on commercial construction, tenant improvements, service and repair projects throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
- Install domestic water, sanitary waste, and vent piping
- Perform underground, rough-in, and finish plumbing
- Install plumbing fixtures, floor sinks, floor drains, water heaters, and related equipment
- Read and understand plumbing plans and specifications
- Perform troubleshooting and plumbing repairs
- Coordinate with foremen, project managers, general contractors, and other trades
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow California plumbing codes and jobsite safety requirements
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
Qualifications:
- Commercial plumbing experience preferred
- Knowledge of underground, rough plumbing, and finish plumbing
- Ability to read construction/plumbing plans
- Familiarity with commercial plumbing materials and installation methods
- Must have reliable transportation to jobsites
- Must be dependable and able to arrive on time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Must have basic plumbing hand tools
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work. Candidates should be comfortable working on active commercial construction sites and completing projects throughout Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.
