Regional Dental Sales Director — Uncapped Commission & PTO

Straumann Group in New Jersey seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead the Dental Sales function across an assigned region. You will coach 8–10 Territory Managers, develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies, and monitor performance using CRM and analytics. Extensive travel is required. The role manages budgets, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and drives a high-performance culture with Straumann’s core behaviours. A strong track record in medical device sales is preferred.
