Management Consultant BankingOur client, a top-tier management consulting company, is seeking a Management Consultant Banking.Responsibilities and Requirements:Prepare client proposals, presentations, and project deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely completionConduct comprehensive assessments of client organizations, business processes, and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and optimize performanceManage project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines, under the guidance of a Career AdvisorRun workshops with key stakeholders and elicit requirements effectivelyMentor and guide a diverse team of talented consultants fostering their growth and enabling them to reach their highest potentialDevelop and communicate new ideas and conceptualize innovative approaches and solutionsManage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and building rapport through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and value-added service delivery, and uncover new opportunities for account growth and impactContribute to business development efforts and networking activities to identify new opportunities and expand our presence in the banking marketContribute to the firm's growth initiativesStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, digital innovations, and best practices in the banking industry, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues and clientsBachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus2-7 years of experience in management consulting, financial services, or banking, with a focus on strategy, operations, risk management, or other core business products and processesTrack record of successfully leading consulting engagements, managing client relationships, and delivering tangible business results in the banking industryStrong understanding of banking products, processes, and operations across wealth management, retail banking, corporate banking, or investment bankingAnalytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze data to derive meaningful insights and develop strategic recommendations and an understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniquesExperience with technology and transformation programs within financial services organizations is a plusUnderstanding of Agile methodologies; with existing Scrum Master certifications a plusExcellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholdersAbility to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with colleagues from various backgrounds, and build positive relationships with clientsAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressureAn entrepreneurial mindset to assist in a variety of projects and firm initiativesWillingness to travel as required
