Setting: Hospital-Based OB/GYN Inpatient Care Labor & Delivery Coverage OB Triage & Emergency Management GYN Surgical Support (e.g., diagnostic laparoscopy) Teaching Role: OB Fellows & FM Residents Collaborative work with MFM and OB teams High-volume facilities: 6,000 & 1,800 annual deliveries ️ Key Responsibilities: ️ Manage high-risk labor & delivery ️ Assist in obstetric surgeries & urgent GYN cases ️ Respond to emergencies: ectopic pregnancy, torsion, etc. ️ Support emergency department for GYN consults ️ Perform EM procedures including diagnostic laparoscopy ️ Engage in academic education and mentorship Compensation:
Base Pay:
