Flexographic Press Operator 2nd ShiftWe are seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator with at least 5 years of flexographic printing experience. Experience operating a Mark Andy Performance Series P7 is highly preferred. This is a 2nd shift position with a 4-day work week.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses
- Complete press changeovers and job setups
- Mount plates and install dies, inks, and other materials
- Mix and adjust inks and monitor color consistency
- Make press adjustments to maintain print quality
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot press and print-quality issues
- Perform routine cleaning and basic press maintenance
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of flexographic press operating experience
- Mark Andy P7 experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of flexographic printing processes
- Ability to independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot a press
- Experience with color matching, registration, plate mounting, and die cutting
- Ability to read job specifications and follow production requirements
- Strong attention to quality and detail
- Dependable and able to work independently
