Energy Legal Rotational Program 2-Year Path

Fervo Energy invites early-career attorneys to join its two-year Legal Rotational Development Program in Houston. The program features two one-year rotations across core Legal areas, with mentorship and hands-on exposure to contracts, finance, regulatory matters, land leasing, and compliance within a rapidly growing energy company. Participants rotate under experienced attorneys, receive structured coaching, and may transition to a permanent in-house role upon successful completion.
