Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or sign manufacturing, preferred Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices, preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electrical work is a plus Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment Ability to accurately read tape measure to 16th of an inch Experience working with sheet metal is a plus Automotive experience translates well to this position
