Location: Guatemala Monitor, control, and oversee all activities within and outside the stores related to security using infrastructure and communication technologies, utilizing mechanisms and protocols that coordinate the permanent actions of control and monitoring in the branches, maintain effective communication with the different private security companies that provide their service, as well as with the public safety authorities, for effective control and monitoring of the surveillance activities that allow for an immediate response to a possible contingency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Monitor the information of store operations, generating analysis and follow-up of the same, for the timely attention of security incidents that occur, as well as the protocols that are executed. Recover evidence (CCTV backups).

Education & Experience: Minimum 6 months experience Knowledge of monitoring. Handling of CCTV platforms. Risk analysis. Experience in handling monitoring information systems. Analytical thinking and results orientation. Planning and organization skills. Communication skills. Ease of speech and effective communication. Team work. Service vocation.
