CDL A Heavy Equipment DriverWe are currently partnering with a leading civil construction firm that is seeking an experienced CDL A Heavy Equipment Driver to support its growing operations. This is not a desk job — it's a demanding and rewarding role for someone who enjoys being on the road, working on active job sites, and playing a critical part in daily construction :Operate CDL A vehicles to transport heavy equipment, containers, and materials safely and efficientlyTravel throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine to support field operationsLoad, secure, transport, and unload equipment in compliance with DOT and safety regulationsConduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure DOT complianceCommunicate with dispatch, project managers, and site supervisors to maintain efficient schedulingMaintain a high standard of professionalism, safety, and reliabilityRepresent the company positively while on job sites and at facilitiesQualifications: Valid CDL A license (required) Ability and willingness to transport equipment across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and MaineStrong understanding of DOT and interstate transportation regulationsClean driving record and strong safety awareness2–5+ years of experience in equipment hauling, heavy hauling, or construction-related driving preferredComfortable working on active construction sites and in varying weather conditionsSelf-sufficient, dependable, and able to manage time efficientlyStrong communication skills and professional demeanorPay Range: $35.00/hr.–$44.00/hr. per hour, based on experience, with significant overtime opportunities available. Includes a 2024 service vehicle.
