FULLY REMOTE:
ScolerTec is seeking multiple Privacy & Data Sharing Specialists to define and administer enterprise data privacy, classification, retention, and data-sharing controls across a modern cloud data environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct privacy-risk analyses and Privacy Impact Assessments.
Define classification, retention, handling, and privacy rules.
Protect sensitive and personally identifiable information.
Draft and administer data-sharing agreements.
Develop/review MOUs and interconnection security agreements.
Maintain data-sharing inventories.
Support Privacy Act and regulatory compliance.
Partner with legal, governance, security, and engineering.
Apply privacy-by-design principles.
Translate policy/legal requirements into technical and operational controls.
Qualifications:
5+ years relevant cybersecurity/privacy experience.
PIAs/privacy risk review experience.
Data-sharing agreements, MOUs, or ISA experience.
Privacy Act, retention, and federal classification knowledge.
Data governance/cloud-data familiarity.
CIPP/CISSP preferred.
