Assistant I - Underwriting

Job Title Summary: Duration: 12 Months Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Broomfield, Colorado Responsibilities: Assist in time-sensitive distribution of policy correspondence and legal documents via physical mail or email. Assist with building inspections to validate information provided, communicating non-standard or atypical findings within service standards. Gain an understanding of agency management, product distribution, and claims procedures that enhance growth and underwriting profit. Professionally communicate with relevant stakeholders via email or other appropriate methods. Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Claims, Product, Underwriting, and other business units to develop process improvements and product enhancements. Provide input and feedback to leadership for continuous process improvement. Fill in for other team members to ensure business continuity during peak periods and/or when team members are unavailable.
