💰 NOW HIRING: Business Funding & Capital Specialist | Client Funding📍 Remote💼 Commission-Based Position💰 Paid Per Successfully Funded File🏦 Business Funding | Lines of Credit | Capital Access📈 Experienced Candidates Only Our business is growing, and I’m looking for an experienced, results-driven Business Funding & Capital Specialist to help our clients secure the capital they need to grow their businesses, invest in real estate, and move their projects forward. This is NOT an entry-level position. I need someone who already understands the funding world and knows how to take a client from: Initial consultation → financial review → funding strategy → application → lender follow-up → APPROVAL → FUNDED.We already have clients who need capital. I need the right person who knows how to analyze their financial profile, identify realistic funding opportunities, prepare them for the application process, communicate with lenders and funding partners, and help move qualified files across the finish line. WHAT YOU’LL HELP CLIENTS SECUREDepending on the client's qualifications and needs, funding may include:💳 Business lines of credit🏦 Business term loans💰 Working capital📈 Business credit funding🏢 Commercial/business financing💳 Business credit cards and revolving credit🏗️ Capital for real estate and development businesses💼 Startup and established business funding📊 Revenue-based financing, when appropriate🤝 Other legitimate business funding solutions Your job is not to promise approvals. Your job is to understand the client's profile, identify appropriate funding strategies, submit strong files, manage the process, and help qualified clients secure capital. COMPENSATIONThis is a performance-based commission position.💰 Commission is earned ONLY on successfully funded files. There is no commission simply for:❌ Submitting an application❌ Getting a pre-qualification❌ Receiving a conditional approval❌ Completing a consultation❌ Sending a client to a lender The file must successfully fund before commission is earned. Specific commission structure and payout terms will be discussed during the interview and outlined in the compensation agreement. For the right person, there is significant earning potential as our client volume grows. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR📞 Client Funding Consultations Speak with clients about their funding needs and goals Determine how much capital they are seeking and its intended business purpose Review business history, revenue, credit profile, existing debt and overall financial readiness Identify potential obstacles before applications are submitted Explain realistic funding options and next steps Set appropriate expectations regarding timelines, documentation, qualifications and potential outcomes Never guarantee funding or misrepresent lender requirement📊 Funding Strategy Evaluate each client's business and financial profile Determine which funding products may be appropriate Help develop a strategic application sequence when multiple funding sources are being considered Identify whether the client is currently funding-ready or needs additional preparation Avoid unnecessary applications that could negatively affect the client's profile Match qualified clients with appropriate lenders, banks, credit unions, fintech platforms or funding partners📁 File Preparation & Documentation Help clients gather and organize required documentation, which may include: Business formation documentsEIN documentation Business bank statements Personal and business credit information Profit & loss statements Balance sheets Tax returns Identification Proof of address Business licenses Revenue documentation Existing debt information Project or use-of-funds information Additional lender-requested documentation Files should be organized, complete and submission-ready before being presented whenever possible.🏦 Lender & Funding Partner Management Maintain relationships with banks, lenders, brokers and funding partners Understand lender guidelines and preferred borrower profiles Match clients with appropriate funding sources Submit and track applications Communicate with underwriters, account executives and funding partners Respond quickly to requests for additional documentation Follow up consistently on pending files Compare legitimate funding options when multiple approvals are available Help clients understand the basic terms of their offers before accepting📲 Client Follow-UpFunding requires follow-through. You will be expected to: Maintain consistent communication with clients Follow up for missing documents Keep clients informed regarding their file status Communicate outstanding conditions Help resolve documentation issues Follow up on approvals Coordinate next steps through closing/funding Keep clients engaged throughout the processI do not want qualified funding opportunities sitting untouched because someone forgot to follow up. PIPELINE MANAGEMENTEvery client and funding opportunity must be tracked. You should know:📁 How many active funding files you have💰 How much capital clients are requesting📄 Which files are document-ready🏦 Which applications have been submitted⏳ Which files are pending⚠️ Which files have outstanding conditions✅ Which clients have been approved💵 Which files have actually funded📊 Total dollars funded Our CRM should clearly show where every client stands at any given time. EXPERIENCE IS REQUIREDI am specifically looking for someone who has previous experience securing business funding for clients. Getting the client FUNDED is the goal. THIS POSITION IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF:You have never worked in business funding. You only know how to send clients an application link. You rely on one lender or one funding product for every client. You make unrealistic funding promises. You are not comfortable reviewing credit and financial documentation. You wait for lenders or clients to follow up with you. You lose track of pending conditions. Or you consider your job finished once an application has been submitted. I need someone who understands that every funding file requires strategy, organization, communication and consistent follow-through.
